19h00 Concert Pi – π duo

Ines and Pericles met through their mutual love for storytelling and song. Where every note brought laughter and every singing verse, the next one. They’ve been exploring the roots of the Mediterranean common music language, creating and melding songs together in a small journey for the minds and bodies of the experiencers.

Ines is a spanish singer-songwriter, talented multi-instrumentalist and performer leading her own project Selva Kalú which explores the fusion of latin roots and jazz music. Having toured around Europe in different projects (La Curva, Leon Stax Equation..) she finds herself in Belgium planning the release of her first studio album.

Pericles is a musician and educator originating from Athens, Greece and has been creating his own music since 2012. Mixing jazz, folk and avant garde music he pushes the boundaries of his own roots in communion with the world and the inspiration it brings.

In this performance one can experience pure improvisation alongside traditional and folk stories. Experience emotions of joy and nostalgia in reflection to an ever changing world with all its colours.
